Frequently asked questions about our products and the ordering process
You can pickup your order in our studio in in Berlin Wedding or just come around to browse through our product range. We are open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 AM to 1 PM. Feel free to contact us to arrange a visit during the week, outside our opening hours.

Color Variations can occur with all of our products. One reason for this is, that screens and monitors may show colors differently. Another reason is, that all of our pieces are one of a kinds and therefore it is possible that for example two pairs of Sand-colored pants slightly differ in color intensity or structure.
Correct Fit of the Pants with the Fold
The Outdoor Pants with the Fold turns out slightly bigger, in the table the correct fit shifts one size to the right.
Return and Customer Complaint
Your order does not fit or appeal? Don’t worry, you can send the pieces back to us within 14 days after receipt of the goods:

Please add a little note, so we can assign the return shipment.
As soon as your return shipment arrived, we refund the purchase price. Please note: shipping costs are real costs, for us too. We are a small online shop and send solely cost-covering. Therefore exchange in its actual sense is not possible. If your ordered clothes don’t fit or appeal, we will refund the purchase price. If you want to choose another product, please place another order for the new item in our online shop.
Please note: Items out of our Surprise Box are nonrefundable!
In case of customer complaint we pay for shipping, of course. Please contact us beforehand, then we will send you a shipping label.
We accumulate our inventories several times a week. Our Newsticker (category news and promotions) lets you know which products and which sizes are re-stocked.
